With the CarePAK Extended Service Plan, you will receive Toll-free telephone support and if needed, repair service for your Canon Product. The CarePAK is Canon's guarantee that you will experience minimal down-time and premium support. The CarePAK Extended Service Plan must be purchased during the product warranty period and goes into effect on the day your original warranty expires. CarePAKs are limited to the term purchased and are not renewable.
