Returns Policy- 

There are no returns on wide format printers or laminators. Any request for a product returns is on a case by case basis. We will work hard to accomodate any request because errors do happen. There is a 25% restocking charge on any return.   

If you need to return an item, please contact us.with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We ship Fedex and UPS  to the contiguous states only.  All products have a weight assigned to the the product based on dim weight. 

Contact us for a special shipping estimate if ordering a large number of product. Printers and laminators ship by freight at the current rate. Please do not sign for a shipment if there is apparent water or bruised packaging. Contact us immediately and take photos for reference.
